As skiing has become one of the best escapes during COVID-19, many ski resorts in Colorado and Utah are experiencing high demand. Many are even running out of rooms at their lodges.
They have a creative solution, however — simply use your vehicle as your lodging, and cook from your vehicle. Some skiing fans are now cooking bacon in the parking lots and using their vehicle as their accommodations.
A spokesman for Utah’s Alta Ski Resort said it best: “We encourage you to consider using your vehicle as your locker room, shelter, and dining establishment.”
